Bluegrass Blind

Gear and how-to for beginner deer and turkey hunters in Kentucky.

I'm a Kentuckian learning and writing as I go. These guides focus on gear, scouting and getting started safely. I don't review guns or ammo. I research from manufacturer info and official sources, and I'll tell you plainly when I haven't used something myself.

Regulations change. Always check the current Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife Resources (KDFWR) hunting guide for seasons, limits and rules before you go.
